Terms & Conditions

  1. The promoter is Roslyn Ierace of Ierace Pty Ltd (ABN: 73663427564 & ACN: 101643556) of PO Box 2459, Bunbury, WA, 6231 (‘Roslyn’).
  2. Roslyn’s ‘$1,000 to be won every month!’ Promotion (the Promotion) commences at 12:00am AWST on Friday, 1 May 2026 and will continue periodically each month until closure of the promotion is announced by Roslyn (the Promotion Period).
  3. To be eligible to enter the Promotion, you must:
    1. reside in Australia;
    2. be 18 years or over;
    3. accept and comply with these Terms and Conditions;
  4. You will automatically receive one entry into the Promotion if:
    1. you are the owner of a property situated in Western Australia (the Property);
    2. you enter into an exclusive selling agency agreement with Roslyn Ierace of Elders Real Estate for a minimum duration of four (4) months;
    3. you complete the Entry Form linked on this page above.
  5. There is a limit of one entry per Property. If more than one owner of a Property seeks to enter, only the first completed Entry Form will be accepted.
  6. You will not be eligible to enter the competition if you are related to Roslyn Ierace, are an employee of Elders Ltd or have a significant business relationship with Roslyn Ierace - outside the listing of a property.
  7. The prize consists of a lump-sum payment of $1,000.00 payable to one winner each month during the Promotion period.
  8. Entries are only valid for the draw of the month in which the agreement is dated and are valid for one (1) monthly draw only.
  9. Promotion draw process:
    1. The winner will be determined by random draw at 11 Stirling Street, Bunbury.
    2. The winner will be notified by telephone and email within 7 days.
    3. If the winner does not make return contact within 21 days, they forfeit the prize and it will be redrawn from the same pool of eligible entries.
  10. The Prize will be paid via electronic funds transfer into the winners nominated bank account.

  12. The winner agrees to participate in publicity including interviews, photography and authorises that media be used for marketing use.
  13. The Promoter reserves the right to:
    • verify entries;
    • request further information;
    • disqualify entrants who tamper, act abusively or breach these Terms.
  14. The Promoter's decisions in relation to the Promotion, including your eligibility to enter the Promotion and the drawing process, are final and The Promoter is not obliged to correspond with you in relation to these matters.
  15. The Promoter is not responsible for:
    • lost, illegible, misdirected, incomplete or damaged entries;
    • incorrect or inaccurate transcription of information, human error, technical malfunctions or delayed entries;
  16. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter excludes all liability for any loss, damage, claim or expense you incur in connection with the promotion.
  17. By entering, you consent to:
    1. collection and use of personal information;
    2. disclosure to related parties;
    3. use for future marketing unless opted out in writing.
  18. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, modify or suspend the Promotion if required.
  19. Participants are responsible for any taxes, duties or other applicable charges they incur as a result of participating in the Promotion.
  20. Any dispute arising out of, or in relation to, the Promotion shall be governed by the laws of Western Australia.
